Dr. Jonathan F. Powell received his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Texas School of Dentistry at Houston in 2004. While in dental school, he received numerous awards for the research he did during a fellowship that took him to the United Kingdom. Dr. Powell also published two research articles in prestigious dental journals.

At graduation, Dr. Powell received two awards:

Greater Houston Dental Society Community Dentistry Award
Dental Public Health Award for Community Service

Dr. Powell has been providing quality, personal dental care in Ft. Bend County since dental school graduation. The community has embraced Dr. Powell and his family.

Dr. Powell, an Eagle Scout, believes in the benefits of service. He has gone on dental missions to the jungles of Nicaragua and Guatemala. He is also very active in his church.

He loves to spend time with his wife, Anne, and their beautiful daughters, Kelly, Brooke, and Rylee.
