They are courteous, friendly, smile, and make eye contact with you when talking. Dr. Powell is the first dentist I have had who takes the time to explain what is going on with my teeth. He shows you on camera how the teeth look and a treatment plan. You can ask questions and he is more than happy to answer. I am looking forward to having my treatment done.
